At Hurt-Biker, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We strive to provide expert customer assistance and reliable handling of all merchandise returns.
1. Order Modifications or Cancellation:
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
2. Damaged/Incorrect Order:
At Hurt-Biker, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. If this is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.
Please email us at your email with your order number and a clear photo verifying the damage.
3. Lost Order – Wrong Address:
Hurt-Biker will not take responsibility for lost orders which were caused due to incorrect address entry at checkout. Regarding lost orders by the shipping company contact us via e-mail.
4. Return / Exchange Process:
Further to our policy, we do not offer returns and exchanges if the item you purchased is not perfectly fit. We print all of our items on demand, hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Ensure to verify the sizing guide and choose the exact size.
5. Changes to Return Policy:
Our Return Policy is subject to change with or without notice. Please review the policy periodically for any changes.
