Lost or Delayed Shipments



If a package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow additional time for carrier investigation before contacting us.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hurtbiker is not responsible for theft or loss.





Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Your order number



After review, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Claims submitted without proper evidence will not be accepted.





Refund Policy



We do not offer refunds or returns.


Refunds or replacements are only considered if the package arrives damaged, and the damage claim meets the requirements outlined above.
